About
FrozenPlain is an independent developer, founded by Sam Windell in 2013,
creating sample libraries and audio plugins for producing beautiful music. Sam works closely with professional
sound designers and composers in the film, TV and games industries to create
effective production tools. Alongside FrozenPlain, Sam also develops Floe
(the sample library platform) out of a love of open-source software and of
serving the music-making community.
