Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund by contacting us.

Refund requests are usually granted without any issue. We request our payment processor, Paddle, to issue the refund. This tends to be an instant, automatic process, however, Paddle has the right to deny the request, see their terms of service.

Requirements:

  • Purchases must have been via this website rather than a third-party store.
  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Redemption code purchases cannot normally be refunded if the code has been redeemed.

Upon your refund request being granted, your licence to use the product will be revoked. You must entirely remove the product’s files from your computer as per the terms of the license that you bought. If your purchase was for a Redemption Code, the code will be disabled.

Refund requests for faulty products are not subject to the 14-day limit.
