This free version of Music Box Suite is not as complete as the full version. The full version offers a second multi-sampled music box, a whole collection of complementary sounds for layering, and 28 more presets. As well as this, the full version has ‘raw’ versions of the music box recordings which include the genuine clicks and whirs of the sound. This can be tastefully applied to create more realistic timbres.
This extra content results in a much more capable tool for creating the ideal music box tone for your track, and also for exploring unique sound design textures and tones based on the music box sound.
This product is based on the samples from our old Kontakt library, Victorian Music Box. Each sample has been re-edited and cleaned up. The engine for this new version also offers a whole new level of control over the sound that was not possible previously.
