A smooth, rich, tone with warm basses through to delicate high strings, all in one straightforward articulation. Arctic Strings is not a deep-sampled concert hall library — it's designed simply for adding the real, characteristicly lush string-ensemble sound to your productions. The 42 presets are organised into three categories: Realistic (wide chords, monophonic and octave patches), Realistic Processed (reverb-washed and filtered strings), and Sound Design (synth plucks, distorted leads, drifting detune).
Play wide, full-spectrum chords for instant results, and ride the Dynamics knob to add swells of expression. Arctic Strings also pairs wonderfully with Floe's layering features: combine the strings with other instruments, real or synthetic. Transpose the pitch or use filters to create hybrid-organic sounds.
