The Purchase Process

1. Browse our product catalogue.
2. For your chosen products, select the license type (probably Personal License) and click Add to Cart.
3. Go to the Cart page.
4. Click Buy Now to get access to the products directly, or buy a Redemption Code for gifting product access to a friend or colleague.
5. A new panel will open — managed by our payment processor, Paddle. Here you must enter your email address and payment details. The emaill address you enter here will be used for both the receipt and delivery of the product; if you need to use separate emails, buy a redemption code and redeem it using your other email address. Many forms of payment are accepted: credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay on Safari, Google Pay on Chrome, and more. You can add a VAT number if you have one.
6. After successful payment, you will receive two emails: one from FrozenPlain with your download links or redemption code, and one from Paddle with your receipt. Save your receipt if you might need it for tax purposes: you might not be able to get it again. Your download links will expire after 2 hours — in-progress downloads won't stop, you just won't be able to start new downloads. You can get new links any time with our My Content page.
