Crossgrades
Crossgrades are discounts on products that you can get if you already own a similar product of ours. The product is exactly the same regardless of whether it's bought at full price or crossgrade price.
How to get your crossgrade
Enter your email in our My Content page. If you're eligible for any crossgrades, the email that you receive you will contain crossgrade links. Clicking on these links will add the crossgrade-discounted product to your cart. Checkout as normal.
You must checkout using the same email address that you received the my-content email with.
If you're eligible for multiple crossgrades, you can click on multiple crossgrade links to fill your cart.
Crossgrade discounts are for the same license type as your original purchase/redemption. For example, if you bought a product with a Personal License, the crossgrade discount will be for the Personal License of the new product.
