Nightmares, dreams and obscure twisted illusions. Real recordings reimagined through custom convolution-reverb processing chains. In collaboration with Beautiful Void Audio, Deep Conjuring delivers 92 dreamlike instruments that blur the line between organic and synthetic — perfect for cinematic moods from nostalgic melancholy to visceral horror.
Deep Conjuring runs inside Floe — which allows you to load any of the 92 instruments that make up Deep Conjuring into 3 layers for further processing with envelopes, filters, LFOs, and a complete rack of master effects.
It’s built around a diverse set of recordings from harps, flutes, violins, rain, tornado sirens, soft synths, and much more. These were then processed using a convolution-reverb-based processing chain. And then finally configured into 92 instruments; some of which are multisampled, some are loops and others are just kept as-is. You’ll find a similar set of samples in Beautiful Void Audio’s original product for Kontakt. Floe offers a strong set of features for looping, crossfading and manipulating these samples.
Sombre keys, dark textures, experimental glitch tones, vintage dusty synths and feedback noises can all be found in the 120 included production-ready presets. Beautiful Void Audio have applied their many years of experience doing sound design and making sample libraries to produce a set of impressive presets. These presets are accessed using the browser in Floe, which also offers a suite of options for randomly loading presets for spontaneous inspiration.
Note: This video shows Mirage, now succeeded by Floe. All features shown are available in Floe with full compatibility.
Deep Conjuring runs inside Floe, a free and open-source sample library platform. Download once, use with all FrozenPlain libraries and beyond.
