This page details 3 things:
- What information we collect from you.
- Why we collect it.
- How you can delete the data we keep and block cookies.
We may change this policy. We therefore recommend that you revisit this page every once in a while.
Collection of personal data
FrozenPlain requires you to create/use a FrozenPlain Account before making a purchase. We do this so that you have a place to view your previous purchases, and re-download any of your purchases.
As part of your FrozenPlain Account the following data is stored: your name, your password, your email and your billing country. Your password is stored using a one-way hash, which means it cannot be viewed by anyone, including FrozenPlain.
When you purchase a product through the site, the details of the purchase are stored along with the date, time, and your IP address.
We use your FrozenPlain Account data in the following ways:
- As part of the service of managing your purchases and your FrozenPlain account: receipts, invoices, refunds, essential software updates, or similar correspondence.
- Providing convenience for further purchases.
- Correspondence to inquiries or issues from you.
Your data is secure on our server and is only ever used for the reasons above.
Deleting your FrozenPlain Account
If you want your account deleted, you may contact us through the contact page: we will delete your data.
Credit/debit card information is not stored by FrozenPlain.
Optional mailing list
FrozenPlain has an opt-in mailing list. It is separate from your FrozenPlain account. If you subscribe to it, your email address will be stored, and we will send you infrequent information about updates and promotions from FrozenPlain, such as information about sales or the launch of new products to subscribers of our newsletter. You may leave the mailing list at any time. All of our newsletter emails have an unsubscribe button at the bottom.
